The first 24 hours of the release of Tom Clancy’s highly anticipated video game, The Division, was met with excitement and frustration. A few annoying cyber trolls took advantage of the inevitable glitches but clever gamers fought back and made some funny discoveries.
One problem is the doors can only fit one person at a time and trolls quickly figured out a way to block the doors. Some trolls even figure out a way to require passwords for passing through a door. Eventually, true gamers figured out that if you ran into the trolls hard enough you could push your way through.
Another annoying glitch came when players could only enter the game one at a time. Imagine how long the wait was considering global demand. Players who tried to jump the virtual line got aggressively scolded!
Seems like The Division has been well received. Maybe overcoming trolls, glitches and lines is all part of the game.
