Culturally speaking, last year was a great year. We explored the new Whitney Museum, laughed with Amy Schumer and sang along with The Weekend and Adele, but don’t fret, according to staffers at Vogue magazine there’s a lot to look forward to in 2016. In film, there’s Zoolander 2, Leo DiCaprio’s upcoming Oscar, and Don Cheadle playing Miles Davis in Miles Ahead. On the smaller screen, Vogue staffers are looking forward to Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger’s 1970s rock ’n’ roll HBO series, Vinyl. In music, new albums are due from Soundgarden, David Bowie, Sia, Bruno Mars, Drake and more. Bauhaus artist Moholy-Nagy will be at the Guggenheim and Dale Chihuly’s glass will at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. That doesn’t even mention The Republican Convention and the actual, terrifying election. Our hearts are pounding with excitement.
