Running… 5 miles…past when you think your going to be sick, past the throbbing headache, past the sheer exhaustion till your flat out ready for a bloody mary:)
It actually depends on how bad it is. Going for a run at the beach always makes me feel better, so it is definitely a cure for my hangovers. However, when my head hurts a lot, I just lay down at somewhere outside to get some fresh air.
A vanilla milkshake is one of my go-to cures for a hangover. The thicker the better!
