This summer marks the 50th anniversary of the moon landing, and Budweiser is one of many brands that will be taking advantage of the occasion, as they’ve announced a special edition beer to commemorate the event.
The beer will not only feature a unique bottle, but also a blast-from-the-past recipe. With the help of Karissa Norrington, a brewmaster for Anheuser Busch and former U.S. Air Force captain, the brand is bringing back a recipe from the late ‘60s featuring flavors of toasted barley and toffee.
It’s an innovation in design for the brand, and it honors one of the great innovative moments in U.S. history.
The only question is whether or not it will taste good!
