Nothing is better to combat a hangover with than the diner. ANY DINER. Order chocolate chip pancakes. Or eggs benedict. Or a cheeseburger. Pretty much anything will do at a diner.
As odd as it sounds a banana does the trick for me. Aside from being yummy a banana has healing properties after a night of too much fun by replenishing electrolytes and more specifically potassium, which I always seem to be lacking the morning after. Take small bites.
