Today marks Facebook’s 10-year anniversary and what better way to celebrate than with the launch of a gorgeous new way to view Facebook. It’s an app called “Paper” and it’s awesome. Facebook has long tried to be the place you go for news. Now, the company is making serious waves on that front with the launch of “Paper,” a standalone iOS app that looks nothing like anything Facebook has created before. “Paper” will cherry-pick items from big name publications and present them in “sections” like sports, culture and “LOL,” as well as your Facebook newsfeed. You can subscribe to different sections and be presented with a customized and “curated” newsfeed. If you share content on Paper, it will also appear on your Facebook feed. Paper plans to launch sans ads for now. It’s pretty cool.
