The Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China, did not disappoint this year. A tradition since 1963, it has become one of the largest shows of its kind. There are castles, sculptures, entire mini ice-towns, and you may even be able to spot a giant Olaf. After the sunsets, you can catch many of the sculptures lit-up in the most spectacular colors, making it more beautiful (if that’s even possible). The park features four different ice parks and it’s open from mid-December to late February, there is still time to book a trip to check out the ice castles that would put any of Elsa’s creations to shame.
