1 Don’t Drink. (but if that is not an option) 2. Prep with a lot of water before the big event. 3. When you get home at night or to where ever you lay your head, throw up. 4. The next morning take the strongest pain pill you can get your hands on. 5. Drink more water and maybe some pedialyte you can use all the electrolytes your body can handle. 6. Next eat the greasiest food in a 5 mile radius. 7. Then Go back to sleep till your good.
