Raden is the only name you need to know when it comes to traveling. The new smart luggage company is changing the future of travel. The suitcases, created and designed by Josh Udashkin, is a 22-inch carry on or a 28-inch check-in suitcase available in seven colors and various prices, but it is ultimately the answer to your luggage prayers. Each luggage piece is equipped with a built-in Bluetooth (and TSA approved) battery that tracks your luggage, tells you how much your bag weighs, and what the overweight fees may be. The smart luggage also shows current TSA wait times, flight schedule alerts, traffic alerts from your location, and has a concealed charging pack for your phone, tablet, and laptop. The startup has secured a $3.5 million initial round of funding by First Round Capital, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Silas Chou, Rachel Zoe, and other participants. “What makes us excited about this is how Raden took an older, familiar version of itself and made it completely new. Milk* is an advertising agency of change”, excitedly said the agency’s CEO Joe Sequenzia. Raden is not only changing the future of travel, it is changing its brand for the better.
