Prep/Ingredients: 1- Fun Night Plans 2- Hydrate 3- EAT! 4- New outfit Main: 1 – Arrive well fed and hydrated. 2 – Sip that glass of wine 3 – Drink one glass of water per glass of wine. Or at least try. 4 – Know when it is time to go home…you hate to be the one that is “over served” 5 – Grab a cab and get home safely 6- Drink a ton of water. 7- Go to bed. 8- Drink water when you wake up 9- Now order yourself a bacon, egg and cheese –clutch when your head is pounding 10- Remote in hand, curl up for a day on the couch in front of the tv
