Busch’s latest brew is for the dogs. Dog Brew priced at $9.99 for a four-pack, is free from alcohol and hops—both no-nos for pooches. Instead, it’s made with bone-in pork butt, whole corn, celery, basil, mint, turmeric, ginger and water. While the new drink is meant for the canine crew, pet parents can also imbibe, though even the AB InBev brand admits beer drinkers might not like the taste as it “is made for a dog’s refined palate. You may find it pretty bland & yes, we’ve tried it a few times. Part of the job. “After a long day there’s nothing quite like having a Busch with a friend, and with so many new pet owners across America this year, we wanted to create a brew to give our fans a chance to share a Busch brew with their ‘best friend,'” Daniel Blake, Anheuser-Busch’s VP of value brands, said in a release. “2020 isn’t that bad after all,” one dog lover tweeted.
