This month, the Australian hotel chain, Art Series, will be turning the tables on their guests by reviewing them. The social experiment wants to see if the fear of getting a bad review on their Trip Advisor style guest-rating site will encourage better behavior. After all, better behavior makes for a more pleasant stay for all. More importantly, Art Series wants to find out who their best guests are and reward them with discounts and room upgrades. Who knows, if reverse reviews catch on down under, we may all find ourselves reviewed.
